The theme for the next ‘Niche to Necessity’ (N2N) webinar is the Circle of Life; from maternity through to health visiting and nursing.
Genomics is present from the moment of conception and does and continues to play its part in midwifery, health visiting, and nursing for patients and their families, for a lifetime.
The N2N series of webinars focus on the nursing, midwifery, and health visiting areas of healthcare in England, and is aimed at healthcare professionals working within those specialisms, across the North West, and North East & Yorkshire, but the content is also relevant to professionals across England.
The webinar aims to ensure that attendees leave the webinar both with an understanding of the importance & relevance of genomics to current, and future, healthcare practices, and excited about what is happening in this space.
Topics will include epigenetics, genomics during pregnancy, inherited cardiac conditions, and newborn screening.
